About the project
Health Buddy is a remote medical services service. Patients get round-the-clock access to medical specialists from anywhere in the world. The task was to establish stable lead acquisition for a subscription model with fast payback.
The task
- Build a performance channel with a predictable cost per lead
- Keep CAC below the LTV threshold for the subscription model
- Launch in several geos in parallel
What we did
- Segmented the audience by geo and use case (parents, anxiety-driven, experienced patients)
- Deployed Meta Ads + Google Ads with different UTMs and creatives per segment
- Built a lead-generation funnel with pre-qualification through a form
- Set up retargeting and lookalike segments based on closed deals
- Connected a dashboard with end-to-end attribution from click to subscription
Result
- 20–30 leads per day stably after 2 months of testing
- Average cost per lead — $2.5
- ROAS > 3 within 3 months of launch
