Panel surveys

Quantitative surveys on samples representative of the target segment. NPS, brand health, price sensitivity, and brand attitude measurement.

When you need them

  • Brand awareness and perception assessment within a segment
  • NPS measurement ahead of product or communication redesign
  • Validating findings from in-depth interviews on a representative sample
  • Monitoring changes over time — wave surveys

What we do

  1. Questionnaire design. We formulate questions, scales, and routing logic to fit research objectives.
  2. Panel recruiting. 250–1000 respondents via panel providers with quota control by segment.
  3. Fieldwork. Data collection with quality control — filtering out speeders and inconsistent responses.
  4. Statistical processing. Weighting, significance testing of differences between segments.
  5. Report. Presentation with conclusions, key insights, and recommendations.

What you get

  • Dashboard with results and statistical significance markers
  • Segment comparisons — demographics, behavior, attitudes
  • Recommendations on action prioritization
  • Raw data in CSV for further analysis on the client side

Timeline and format

Standard cycle — 3–5 weeks: 1 week for questionnaire and quotas, 1–2 weeks for fieldwork, 1–2 weeks for processing and reporting. Wave surveys are conducted in 4–6 week cycles with methodology preserved for correct comparisons.
