PACT — marketing from scratch for a B2B SaaS

About the project

PACT is a SaaS service, an aggregator of messengers and social networks. It helps companies talk to customers across various channels from a single inbox. At the start — the team had a product, but no marketing as a function.

The task

  • Build marketing from scratch
  • Find a scalable channel for B2B lead acquisition
  • Build the funnel from lead to subscription

What we did

  • Ran Jobs-To-Be-Done interviews with existing customers — identified 3 key segments
  • Rebuilt the landing page and onboarding around the largest segment
  • Launched content marketing (Telegram channel + blog + LinkedIn)
  • Deployed paid search on intent-based queries + LinkedIn Ads by segment
  • Implemented a sales pipeline in HubSpot, set up automations and attribution

Result

  • 2,700 leads in a month at peak campaign
  • Marketing became the primary pipeline source (previously — outbound through sales reps)
  • Sales cycle shortened thanks to in-funnel qualification
